ReplyDeleteI will be the first one to ask.
How can we differentiate generally between Locally developed ERP Applications and International ones?
I have just seen this page, ok i have a question,
ReplyDeletewhat is the difference between sales management module, POS Module and CRM Module.?
Thnx,
I am Nesreen
@ Nesreen...
ReplyDeleteSales Management module: concerns with customers, invoices, classifications, Orders...etc
POS Module: Concerns with sales for retail and outlets with barcode features for automatic and quick sales cycles ex. supermarkets, outlets...etc
CRM : concerns with customers relationship management i.e. tracing customers from the very beginning (prospect) through all stages of marketing, then sales then customer support.
This is some simple definitions to know the difference but I will create a post concerning the details soon.
Regards
